Wolverhampton Pipe Band is a successful, championship, pipe band ‘formed in the late 1960’s , origanally as the Wednesfield Sea Scout and Ranger Pipe Band. Our name was changed to the Wolverhampton Pipe Band in the early 1970’s in recognition of our expanding membership.

FANCY TAKING UP PIPING OR DRUMMING?
If you’ve ever fancied taking up piping or drumming, we’d be delighted to hear from you. The band is open to all and we have a well-structured tuition programme for beginners. We are always happy to hear from all ages who wish to take up piping or drumming or others who may already have these skills and are looking to join a band, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate you.
